Standard Shipping and Return Policy
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for store credit exchanges or refunds. Returned items must be in new condition, with tags attached, and in original packaging.

Full Coverage
We're pleased to offer Full Coverage in the cart drawer, which includes package protection, free return shipping, and an extended 30-day return window. A purchase of this full coverage covers return shipping and protection from any shipping issues that may occur, such as loss or damage. If you did not purchase return coverage, you may still return your item but will be responsible for your own return shipping cost. Please note, purchasing return coverage does not exempt you from the return policy guidelines.
Refund requests on orders without return coverage may be subject to a restocking fee, which will be calculated based on the item's condition and processing requirements. We reserve the right to reject any return request upon receipt of your item if the product condition does not meet our specifications.
Please note that original shipping fees are not included in the store credit issued for returns.
Return to Sender Packages
No Rivals is not responsible for packages that are returned to sender due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer at checkout. If you have issues with receiving your package, it is your responsibility to contact us so we can assist you in resolving the issue.
We will be more than happy to work with you to arrange reshipment.
