VOLS Hat - Blackout

Customer service is great! My hat got lost in shipping and they immediately sent another. I ended up receiving both hats. Asked them for a return label to send one back and they told me to keep them both. Will definitely be a return customer. Product is great as well

This hat is nice. A very sturdy cap, holds shape well. Normally when you order a black/blackout hat you kinda know what to expect. However, this is THE darkest shade of black I've ever seen on a hat. It's like deep space, black hole, void level black. It really makes the orange pop.
Love the look.Love the feel. My new daily wear. Just in time for the college football playoffs. This one sells out fast. If it's avaliable, grab it while you can. Go Vols!
